Right now I don't have much space left. Looks like I'll be trying to make some. I love the one that turns from a purple to pink as it ages (don't know the name) and also the Blushing Bride.

You could also grow the okra which has a beautiful flower and is a relative of the ornamental Hibiscus but the flowers last only a day. But you do end up with something to eat as well.Kihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05576859749293959381noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3070488376505303445.post-38042104441377867032007-08-11T18:35:00.000-04:002007-08-11T18:35:00.000-04:00Beautiful collection, Kylee. It is the off spring of a hundred year old mother tree. Since I gave my neighbors seedlings, her children are all over the backyard gardens on my block.Sweet Home and Garden Carolinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08026451200405491815noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3070488376505303445.post-90114385126606914332007-08-11T17:14:00.000-04:002007-08-11T17:14:00.000-04:00These remind me of Alabama. I thought about getting a Rose of Sharon this spring but I wasn't sure how it would do here, so I passed. Maybe next year I'll get one.Robin's Nesting Placehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05894844125547373328noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3070488376505303445.post-11762001406137406332007-08-11T10:15:00.000-04:002007-08-11T10:15:00.000-04:00You have such beauties, Kylee - good luck with kee...You have such beauties, Kylee - good luck with keeping the tropical kinds over the winter,

I really like the White Chiffon and Blue Satin, good names for the textures of Rose of Sharon flowers.

Annie at the Transplantable RoseAnnie in Austinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14662139490401110432noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3070488376505303445.post-49928993270357350712007-08-11T10:14:00.000-04:002007-08-11T10:14:00.000-04:00You have such beauties, Kylee - good luck with kee...You have such beauties, Kylee - good luck with keeping the tropical kinds over the winter,

I really like the White Chiffon and Blue Satin, good names for the textures of Rose of Sharon flowers.

Annie at the Transplantable RoseAnnie in Austinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14662139490401110432noreply@blogger.com
