I'm thinking maybe I should have put it up at the beginning of the season to give it a fair chance. I'm sure it will be valuable and useful during migration season in the fall, when hundreds of hummers seem to fly through at the same time! Seems like an ingenious design.Beth @ PlantPostingshttp://plantpostings.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3070488376505303445.post-64786668427920796972015-06-19T21:11:22.764-04:002015-06-19T21:11:22.764-04:00Lisa ~ We've had three at a time competing for...Lisa ~ We've had three at a time competing for a spot at our old feeder. I've seen photos on blogs of more than one feeding at a time on traditional feeders, so I know they will. But time will tell if this one will!Kylee Baumlehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04288354709094515651noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3070488376505303445.post-11426714466350274172015-06-19T20:31:47.920-04:002015-06-19T20:31:47.920-04:00I use a small flying saucer type feeder that I got...I use a small flying saucer type feeder that I got from Wild Birds Unlimited, and even though I have two of them side by side, I've never had more than one feeding at a time. I often notice two hummers circling my yard, taking turns, because one is a juvenile and one an adult. Still, they never feed together. I'm curious if this bar would change that.
