Tired of Snow?

Though there are many of us that are indeed tired of snow in particular and winter in general, this post is dedicated to Jodi of bloomingwriter, who seems to have borne the brunt of winter's fury more than most.

Jodi, here's wishing you warm suns and gentle breezes as spring finds its way to you. Eventually. Someday. Soon.

Hi Kylee, I wanted to visit and say thank you for stopping by my site and leaving a comment. I was at Jodi's site earlier and know what you mean!

I loved the post about your cats. I have one, Toby, who hooks a foot over the rim of the bowl and tips it. I don't know why. But the oddest is Ricochet. She stands with her front feet IN the water when she drinks. How odd is that?

Hi Marnie ~ Thanks for visiting! Oh your Toby sounds like Baby. That's exactly how she tipped the old bowl over. I haven't caught her trying to do the same with these new ones yet (even though I know it would be impossible to do it in the same way). Cats are so funny! And fun, 90% of the time. :-)

I'm more sick of winter than snow. After last year, this year didn't seem that bad.

Joy ~ I think that's you, over on the left, isn't it?

Lona ~ I figured it was. LOL

Mr McGregor's Daughter ~ That, too! I think we've had more snow this year than last, but last year was a doozy. I keep reminding people here that we were whining like this last year, too. That one seemed like the winter that would NOT end. Let's hope this one isn't that way, too!

Beautiful snow post!
The snow is gone here where I live, but there may come more it's only February yet.

Marie ~ Sh-h-h-h-h! We don't want spring to hear! ;-)

I LOVE THIS.... you are so creative. I can't wait to be on your followers list!

I have to throw my hands up too.... I am sooo very tired of snow.

Warm Wishes from my cold garden in the Midwest.

Hi Kylee, Thank you so much for the nice comments on my blog and for being a follower. I am also a dental hygienist. Crazy hygienists love to garden. We will have to discuss this a little more later on. I love to hear how work is in other parts of the country.

The rest of the hands must be completely buried ;)
We had a warm-up today, and more to come tomorrow and Friday.
The sunshine on snow is so beautiful, but sunshine on green lawn is going to be stupendous!
Won't be long now :)

Another of those hands is mine!!

PS I forgot to thank you for your wonderful comments on my blog a few days ago. It was so kind of you to take the time to look up the finch eggs.

Here I am! Over here! Can you see my hand waving?? ;-) We really can't complain, but I think I'm just about ready for Spring, now.

Puff puff pant! Whew, Kylee, I finally dug my way up out of the snow so I can say thanks for the giggles...I'm actually on the south shore for a couple of days and there's wayyyyyyy less snow here, and hubby tells me it's slowly settling (he doesn't dare say melting) but not down too low. I'm glad to see that Joy, and Kerri, and Nancy, and Lona, and a few others have also struggled to the surface. (((((kylee))))

I think this is my favorite winter cartoon. :D Next year I'm thinking of offering my Aunt and Uncle in NC a live-in babysitter for a month or two.

Bren ~ Well aren't you sweet! Thank you! I was wondering - where in the Midwest are you? Anywhere close to me?

Heather ~ Hi, to a fellow hygienist! Yes, please do feel free to contact me through my profile page! Funny thing about my gardening - when I worked more, I didn't have the interest or energy for gardening. Now that I only work sporadically, I love it!

Kerri ~ Promise?

Nancy ~ I thought so, too. I've had it here in my saved files for a few years and this seemed like the time to use it!

Kathleen ~ Oh, no thanks necessary! I'm just a naturally curious person and thank YOU for posting the picture. Now if I ever see such interesting eggs, I'll know what they are, too!

Cathy ~ We have lost most of our snow now, too, but we're to get more this weekend. :-( I don't think it will amount to too much though.

Shady Gardener ~ Oh yes we can complain! Just listen to us! LOL. I'm ready for spring NOW, too, but it is still just the end of February I guess.

jodi ~ Glad you made it to the top! Here are some hugs to warm you up! (((jodi)))

Sarah ~ LOL! Smart girl!
